Congratulations to those who performed to their capabilities. Remember this was not about winning but to be used as a guideline as to where we need to improve for the next event. Some are disappointed and others satisfied. But winning and defeat are both temporary states. They change with each new event and effort. Proper training and adjustments during training are key ingredients for future success. We must find a way to remove self doubt as it is our nemisis.
Next up! U.S. Open Atlanta……on behalf of Team Kawasaki we would like to send a get well completely message to Stefanie Howorun who sustained a shoulder dislocation during a wreslting scrimmage while training in Wisconsin with the Canadian and U.S. wrestling Teams. Stef, do your rehab and get well soon we are pullling for you.
