In an effort to support the Japan Earthquake fundraising Event scheduled for Saturday April 9, 2011 from 11am to 4pm there will be NO JUDO SESSIONS this Saturday. You are however encouraged to attend our Japan Earthquake fund raising luncheon and activity afternoon followed by ANIME evening sponsored by the Wado Kai Karate Club at the CJCC. After a noodle luncheon, activities such as the strategy game Go, card games, Origami (art of paper folding), and Bingo, will also be made available. The event is being advertised in the Hamilton Spectator and all local newspapers. Canadian Red Cross Tins will be made available for this event and all proceeds will go towards the Japan Earthquake/Tsunami/Nuclear disaster that hit Japan March 11, 2011. Please try to submit paper money and cheques as coins will require more work for those who will be calculating the donations. The next Japan Earthquake fundraiser will take place Friday April 22, 2011 (the Hamilton Flickr Amateur Photography Club will be setting up their mounted photographs for silent auction to last one week at the Centre.
For Those available Family Day Monday, we have family practice from 6:45pm to 8:00pm and competitive training from 8:00 to 9:30pm
