March 1, 2010 the following changes will be made for the U7 group (Sensei Al’s current group)

• No Monday class for this age group.
• The Wednesday class will continue, but the judo session will only last 30-35 minutes.  After the Judo session is over they will be kept in their group to play beneficial games for the remainder of the class.
• Saturday class will remain as status quo, but after one hour the group will have the option to leave or remain in session playing safe games or review.
